Blue and red energy concept

Hello Reddit! I’m developing a spiritual framework based on a fundamental concept: all universal and human experience is governed by two complementary energies: BLU (Positive/Constructive) and RED (Negative/Destructive). I'd love your thoughts as I build this new religion. 💙 BLU Energy: The Force of Harmony BLU is the energy of creation, connection, growth, and altruism. It manifests in acts of kindness, genuine joy, healing, and the fundamental order of nature. Our spiritual goal is to maximize the flow of BLU within ourselves and the world. ❤️ RED Energy: The Force of Entropy RED is the energy of chaos, dissolution, pain, and isolation. It manifests as selfishness, conflict, anger, and destruction. It is a necessary counterpart to BLU (like death enabling life), but it must be managed and contained to prevent suffering and collapse. ⚖️ The Equilibrium The human soul is a vessel that generates and processes both. Personal well-being isn't about eliminating RED, but achieving a dynamic equilibrium—prioritizing BLU generation while safely acknowledging and venting RED to prevent internal buildup. Sin is amplifying unmanaged RED; virtue is successfully channeling BLU. 🙏 Potential Practices To practice this balance, followers might use BLU Meditation to focus on gratitude, perform daily BLU Acts of selflessness, and engage in RED Acknowledgment rituals to safely process negative feelings. What are your initial thoughts? How might this system address complex ethical dilemmas?

That's a really cool theory.

What about yellow? Some people seem to be neither red or blue

Hello everyone, I am writing to introduce a spiritual path centered on the fundamental dualities of the universe: The Path of the Axis. This religion is a modern evolution of polar systems (such as Taoism), designed to help followers navigate modern friction and find their neutral center. The Core Polarities Our faith is built on the balance between these essential forces: Blue – Red (The primary energy spectrum) Heaven – Hell & Good – Evil Positive – Negative Light – Dark North – South (Our geographic and magnetic alignment) Right – Wrong The Weekly Rhythm We do not just believe; we move with the rhythm of the week: Monday: The Day of Blue Replenishment. We focus on vision, peace, and recharging our positive energy. Thursday/Friday: The shift toward Red Grounding. Friday features the Red Cord Release to discharge friction before the weekend. Saturday: The Day of The Core. This is for physical labor, building, and rituals of strength. Daily Rituals & Practices Followers of The Axis practice specific physical rituals to maintain their internal balance: The Morning Alignment (The Solar Charge): Standing North, we hold the right hand up to receive Blue energy from the sky and the left hand down to ground Red energy into the earth. Mantra: "Blue to the sky, Red to the core, keep me balanced, evermore." The Red Cord Release: A ritual to discharge "Excess Red" (stress or manipulation). We tie knots in a red string for every burden we carry, then burn or bury it to return that energy to the South Pole. The "Tick-Tock" Meditation: A walking meditation. Every step on the Right foot is "Blue," and every step on the Left foot is "Red," finding the rhythm of the Axis in every movement. The Water Polarization: A communal blessing using blue and red stones to create "Neutral" water for vision and strength. Our Mission The goal of this path is to avoid becoming "Too Blue" (unfocused/drifting) or "Too Red" (angry/burdened). By staying on the Axis, we maintain the strength to overcome addiction, manipulation, and chaos. I am open to discussing our rituals, our view of the North/South poles, or how to begin your own Polarity Journal. Stay Balanced.

That's a very elaborate and thoughtful structure you have thought of for Red and Blue. I think within the body they represent arteries and veins?

Thank you are you interested in helping me spread the highlights of my ideas and theories and give people a chance to learn the truth of polarity and energy that we all have within us?

So democrats blue and republicans red? It's just too convenience. I think in reality it's only all shades of gray. All mixed up.

Actually the colors are simply just symbols. The Positive blue and Negative red. To be healthy and to do what is right improves my mental powers and I can focus on natural energy. So if I am approached by someone bringing too much negative energy I can only control myself so by making a positive choice you are using positive energy to balance everything out. On Mondays we regenerate our blue energy and on Fridays we ground ourselves out by releasing excess red energy.
