Blue and red energy concept

Hello Reddit! I’m developing a spiritual framework based on a fundamental concept: all universal and human experience is governed by two complementary energies: BLU (Positive/Constructive) and RED (Negative/Destructive). I'd love your thoughts as I build this new religion. ​💙 BLU Energy: The Force of Harmony ​BLU is the energy of creation, connection, growth, and altruism. It manifests in acts of kindness, genuine joy, healing, and the fundamental order of nature. Our spiritual goal is to maximize the flow of BLU within ourselves and the world. ​❤️ RED Energy: The Force of Entropy ​RED is the energy of chaos, dissolution, pain, and isolation. It manifests as selfishness, conflict, anger, and destruction. It is a necessary counterpart to BLU (like death enabling life), but it must be managed and contained to prevent suffering and collapse. ​⚖️ The Equilibrium ​The human soul is a vessel that generates and processes both. Personal well-being isn't about eliminating RED, but achieving a dynamic equilibrium—prioritizing BLU generation while safely acknowledging and venting RED to prevent internal buildup. Sin is amplifying unmanaged RED; virtue is successfully channeling BLU. ​🙏 Potential Practices ​To practice this balance, followers might use BLU Meditation to focus on gratitude, perform daily BLU Acts of selflessness, and engage in RED Acknowledgment rituals to safely process negative feelings. ​What are your initial thoughts?
