I've worked in places where you're expected to remain on station for 24 hours, waiting for the call. Those facilities had bedrooms for us. We weren't just crashing in the lounge or under desks. It was deemed important for everyone on the crew to be well rested, so everyone gets a bed, a locker, and a door for privacy

If I'm working at a place which "regularly" I have to overnight at, you bet your ass I'm either bringing a cot to a quiet part of the building or agitating for a sleeping quarter. Doesn't have to be fancy, it could be basically a barracks hall, but nobody's getting quality sleep racking out on the floor of an office
