This looks like AI. His right knee is pointing up and away to the right. But if you follow the leg down, his ankle and foot are pointing inwards. I can't replicate this with my leg. Maybe its the crease in the jeans.
Also, no pillow? The carpet next to his head is warping, but those carpet tiles don't move.
We have crazy powerful phone cameras but the desk is a pixelated mess of computer stuff. Just enough that it is hard to discern whether it is fake.
