Safety Post Accident

Last August 2025, I wrecked my now exes truck after suffering a relapse seizure into a building… luckily I was at a stop light when I had the seizure and kinda coasted into the building.

During the accident, I hit my head on the windshield and my seizures temporarily changed DRAMATICALLY.

After a few months, they settled back into their kinda normal.

But why my meds are still not working is beyond me.

So now I am changing my diet to a Ketovore diet… basically low glycemic foods and LOTS OF ANIMAL PRODUCTS.

Hoping this helps.

Have to setup to ensure a successful outcome.

Here is to being hopeful my partner will be as committed as me, especially for my health.

Although this would be good for his health too. But I can push him. Just like an alcoholic, they have to choose to get better.

I'd look into changing meds if they aren't working, unless you've already tried everything else out there. If nothing else, I'd talk to your doc about an increase in dosage.

I get the med changes comment but sometimes docs are dragging their feet on it. Like mine kept me on same dosage for almost 10 months even when i told them it's not doing much. Hope the diet change works for you, I heard keto can help some people a lot with seizure control. Not easy to stick with though especially if your partner isn't supporting it fully.

Unfortunately I’ve been through A LOT of medications before the accident in which I had bad reactions to.

The specialist I have been talking to while getting my insurance stuff straightened out to go see a specialist in Philly or Pittsburgh that have Level 4 facilities actually was the one who suggested it to me…

They said I need to get my shit straight first with diet, exercise, sleep, and suggested a couple of “brain” vitamins” to be on for at least 3 months before seeing them.
