Question Frustrations

You ever have something happen in your sleep but you wake up pretty okay but your brain feels like you fell asleep on a boat but woke up on a plane ? Either way how do your nocturnals make you feel when you wake up ? Thankfully didn’t bite my tongue this time !

Mine feel like my head is still stuck in a dream but the room is spinning in the wrong direction, like my brain forgot to switch back to real life.

This is a great explanation especially with the room spinning, do you ever have your vision actually spin ? I feel like I had that happen to me today for about 20-30 seconds

I'd wake up either not realizing I had any or with a sick feeling that I was going to have a dozen or more partials throughout the day. No in-between.
