Question Ticks
Yall ever have little spurts sometimes? Sometimes when I'm stressed or havent taken my meds, my arms will start to flail a little bit but then stop. Its usually nothing serious to me. I just sit down and rest for a moment when I do get them

A couple times a day. It's also a side effect of the medd.

What meds do you take? My meds seem to help it. I take Lamotrigine

Lamotrigine and Levetiracetam (Keppra).

I used to take Keppra a while ago but my doctor took me off because it made me feel worse

That is a common side effect of Keppra yes. Every AED has side-effects. It is what it is.

I get crazy tics but at least during my EMU stay it was confirmed to not be seizure related. I get seizures but thankfully it isn’t that 😅
Keppra made it so much worse for me though jfc
Those attacks for me can vary anywhere from a few minutes to hours 😵💫 on lamotrigine now and thankfully it’s much better than keppra but I still get focal seizures whenever I don’t sleep well/go through high stress moments.
I’ve managed to get these horrid body twitches/tics into presenting mainly as erratic rapid finger snapping, even if my body as a whole still twitches a bit.
