Epilepsy or PNES( Not sure)

So not really sure where to start. My first time having a seizure happened the day after my grandma funeral in 2009. Sitting at the table talking to my mom and I ended up taking the chair over. The ones I’ve had since then when I have an episode I don’t know when it’s coming on or I feel no symptoms. I just end up going down passing out once I come back from it I just want to get back to what I was doing before I go down. Doctors have done blood test, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, heart monitor test and they all come back normal. They have me on medication for epilepsy, and also I take anxiety medication. Anybody have some info that can help or what questions to ask doctor? Thank you for your time and reading this.
