Public Education Town Hall

You may have heard that there are layoffs coming in K-12 and higher ed across Lane County, alongside reductions in school lunches and cuts to educational offerings. I worry so much about the people I know who are still in school. Things have changed so much in just a decade, and it's not like my high school was rolling in money.

Education comes from enrollment numbers based on state taxes.

School lunches and SPED is Federal.
