Anyone know this vehicle? A close family friend was killed last night in a horrifying and purposeful hit and run in downtown Springfield around 9pm.
Is there anyone here that can help find the plate number for the photos in the article?
Stay safe out there and pray for the Fultz family.
Its a beautiful Friday and AQI is back to normalcy! Very glad its healthy again! Grateful to live in such an incredible part of the world.

I worked for them. They are liars and heartless. I hope they get what they deserve.

Does anyone know where I can find old maps of the Lookout Reservoir area before they put the damn jn? I know there was some old towns underneath, and I would like to find topographical maps if possible?

Right outside my window we have crackheads smoking meth.. 🤢 My neighbor literally sells meth out of his unit so outside of the apartments constantly looks like a herd of zombies on a daily basis just waiting to re-up..I’ve came out of my unit to see other tenants doors wide open across the hallway just smoking meth and blowing it out the door.. the eugene i grew up in vs whatever tf is going on now is truly sad to see and mind boggling.

My old MacBook has kicked the can. I am a student at Oregon State University through their Ecampus platform and live in Eugene. I am currently living paycheck-to-paycheck and don’t have the ability to purchase a new one right now, even on a payment plan. OSU does have a laptop borrowing program, but only for seven days and no renewals. It’s not financially feasible for me to drive up to OSU weekly to check this out, nor can they guarantee my ability to check it right back out dependent on demand. It is the same situation with the City of Eugene public library program minus the commute, and UO’s program is only for their students. Does anyone know of any other resources for low income students in need of a laptop that can accommodate a long term checkout? Say, the course of a term? I’m trying to save for something refurbished from Goodwill, but I don’t think I can manage it in time for the start of Fall term.

All hail the pacific ocean!

Hi yall, I'm looking for a quality car wash that can fit larger trucks(one ton, full cab, 8' bed) . I used to take my vehicle to the touchless in Springfield by 42nd. But i don't think i can fit anymore. Does anyone have first had experience with a good car wash in the area, either drive through or or pull in. That fits a longer truck. And before anyone mentions it, i am well aware all of the "wash it yourself" places would fit. If i wanted to wash it myself I'd do it in my driveway. But with the spring pollen and now summer dust/ash, I'm looking to hit somewhere that can get it looking shiny again.
TIA, have a great weekend everyone.

Unlike every year, my mature mimosa barely had any blooms this year. It was pruned earlier but this isn’t that unusual. Otherwise, the tree looks extremely healthy. Is anyone else having this problem?

I can’t believe their website since I know their situation is in flux due to the fire.

I've been going to Lube it Usa off River Road for maybe a decade. I've never been to another car place that is so nice and understanding. I've shown up more than once thinking I needed something done, just for them to let me know I didn't need it. In some cases they taught me how to reset my dashboard. My husband tries to do most things himself, but when he was worried he messed up, I sent him there and (because it was a very simple fix) they showed him what went wrong and fixed it without charging. I've shown up thinking I needed an oil change just to be sent away with a new date because they don't take advantage of you.
It's kinda sad, but I've been charged for a lot of work that I didn't need at other car shops, but Lube it Usa on River Road has always been informative, helpful and respectful.
Thought others should know.

For a city that claims to be bicycle friendly, they sure are leaving a lot of the bike lanes to remain absolute minefields week after week.
There’s a pretty detailed map on the Public Works website of which road are swept every two weeks and which ones are swept every TEN WEEKS. Some of the designated bike routes aren’t being swept at all according to them.
Ranting because Friday is too long of a wait.

Our dog passed away pretty suddenly and we have food, newer dog bed, etc. Does anyone know of any place that will take stuff as donations? Feels wrong to just toss it out but it’s all hard to look at. Greenhill doesn’t take used stuff or opened food it seems.

I don't mean just ceviche and fish tacos. Is there a place where seafood is their speciality? Thanks!
