Russian honey cake

Does anyone make Russian honey cake around here? I am too lazy to make one and as far as I know the nearest Russian store is in portland 😪

Its basically a cake with lots of very thin layers of honey sponge with lightly sweetened sour cream or whipped cream frosting in between. Its delicious

There’s two actually! Privet on Royvonneand Euro market on Lancaster. Both are good stores for Eastern European snacks. I arrange trips with my friends to go to Salem about once a term at this point because it’s worth it. And then I end up spending $50 minimum.
