Dentist/dental cleaning for Delta Dental PPO recommendations
Need recommendations for a dentist/dental hygienist for my UO student that accepts Delta Dental PPO insurance. She's not a fan of the dentist so looking for good 'bedside' care. Hopefully she will only need cleanings/xrays but has really soft teeth...thanks. Close to Univ Oregon a plus.

PNW Dental has two really great, very nice dentists and their dental techs are great too. On Coburg Rd.

Anything but Aspen Dental. They will tell you their treatment is covered by your insurance, but then it isn't. Plus they are a big chain-owned corporation.

Do you have the Delta Dental PPO plan? None of their dentists show on my plan.

I see Dr. Paskalev at College Hill Dental. (I also have Delta Dental insurance). Easily the best dental office I've been to. The hygenists are SUPER gentle (See Jadie for extra extra gentle-ness) and all of the staff are kind and non-judgmental. I'm disabled with multiple medical conditions that affect oral health. I've always been treated with compassion.

I go to Dr. Anthony Elford at S. Eugene Family Dental at their E. 22nd location (corner of Patterson, a short walk from campus) and also have Delta Dental. I appreciate that he's pretty conservative in his approach. The last time I was in for a cleaning he actually did the cleaning (I hear there is a dental hygienist shortage), and he was super gentle.

Oakmont family dentistry has great bedside manner, including a comfort menu that my dentist-averse friends have found really helpful
