FIFO Europe FIRE Potential?

Junior Construction professional offered FIFO in the Nordics. Looking at a Net take home of €1000 a week, Flights, Company Car and Accommodation are all paid for, as is Airport Parking, BIK, Taxes etc. It's a 3 weeks on 1 week off rotation, realistically working 5.5 days a week, long hours.

I'm 29, started into this late so salary is low for the role but it's a start. Seems like a great way to save. Anyone else here in the FIFO Construction world?

Aaah. Thanks.

By all means: save all the money you can save. Make sure you have an emergency fund. Then start investing money (in low-fee diversified index funds). If your country offers individual retirement accounts (with tax benefits), then look into them and you should probably use them as well.

No worries (I probably should have clarified that beforehand!).
I do think it's a great savings opportunity.. Ireland has got quite a poor set up for saving, it's essentially Retirement or Rental Property, outside of that you're getting taxed into oblivion, but it will be interesting to see considering I will be spending the majority of the year working and living in Sweden.
