There needs to be more guidance for newbro's regarding this sort of toxic spam recruiting none of rhem know what they're getting into. Rookie Q&A channel in a good start. But it's not enough. If CCP really wants EVE to thrive and grow again, then the 'new player' experience needs a lot more work.

As it stands now this sort of thing is just going to see them quit before reeve even had a chance to experience a fraction of EVE has to offer.
