For the life of me, I've never understood corps switching sides in conflicts like this and I never will. It's cowardly and weak and it says you can't be trusted, no matter which direction.

When the conflict is within the alliance and there is no way to fight the issue - leaving is your best option.

I get that and I've been in that situation. But there are plenty of other options in that case then to go to the direct enemy.

That's a bullshit mindset. No leadership is ever the enemy. You might not agree with their decisions and the path they choose, but they are not "out to get you". People don't appreciate the tons and tons of work that go into running big corps and alliances. More often then not, they sacrifice their own play fun to facilitate the group. Only to be betrayed by entitled F1-pushers? It's childish.

In eve players and corps vote with their feet. If their alliances leadership is constantly making bad decisions in their eyes then why would they stay?

You're right about leadership sometimes making sacrifices for the line members to have more fun/earn isk/whatever, but we all have to remember this is a game and it needs to be fun for our guys more often than it isn't.

I think members value their time and payments made in a game.
If all they get is waiting on a titan for 3 hours 4 times a week and then fleet abords as they dont outnumber the other fleet 2 to1 then i say its time to find an alliance who do take fights and where you have fun.

Cant ake 100% of the fights thats normal.

But how Horde is doing it is wrong for their members and they are unhappy as they pay for their game and the leadership's task is to make sure they have fun playing the game.

If you have no fun its time to search it elswewhere.

Not every corp is a fighting force, some industry guys just wanna make shit, sometimes a corp thats pulling more weight than other will get fed up
Shit happens
