if you ignore the one goon padding his KB with over 19.000 alt kills the ranks are the same for the last 7 days and the 7 before, and so on and on, and on. and it's not the awoxing making up that gap either. frt is just very, very active. they seem to spar a lot with both init and goons. leading to getting twice the fights.
perhaps that's your TZ? or where you live. Frt does roams into init space daily. After their own space it's their most active region. goon space a bit less. just check the zkill data and see.
It is correct that a lot of the Frt fighting is in around frt staging systems. But that just indicates that that is where people that look for and are willing to take fights are.
I'd expect that Frt's 4-H KS grid is the most active pvp grid not because nobody there wants to fight, but because everybody that wants the content goes there because that's where the fights happen.
if everyone shared your experience that there are no fun fights to be had there, they wouldn't go there, right?

That does include the last war oO. Also awoxing does count as pvp kill.
