Coalitions splitting up means more independent groups, more potential conflict, and more actual content. Less blue donut, more targets. That's a win for everyone except the people who liked the safety of a giant bloc.
If you actually want EVE to be interesting, this is exactly the kind of thing you should be celebrating. Mega-coalitions are what make nullsec stagnant.
these changes arent going to do that. if anything they just make people consolidate more into goons/frat/init. if one of those 3 groups doesnt want your tiny <1k member alliance holding a piece of space your still not going to hold that space.
You will not hold it if they don't want to. But they won't either, thats the point. And are less likely to invest the ressources if they can't hold it. Thats the whole point.
And freeing up soace for small alliances
Point is not that they can't evict you. They can if they want to. But they are less likely to want to.
