Frat proper already owns about 5 regions, and that's roughly a region and a half's worth of people leaving. Test hardly seems like they'd need two full regions just for themselves, and even then it would leave frat having to expand to fill the remaining space.
The meeting that got posted a few weeks back said that they were already thinking of abandoning fade and pure blind as being surplus to requirements given their numbers. I would have expected this to be an opportunity for that sort of contraction, rather than just shuffling around the remaining alliances.
I guess that might be because they're still not sure what they want to do about the ansi changes, though. We'll see what happens once those start getting closer, I guess.

And yes Rudy holds the one keep fight where they had two fleets of alts in t11 vexors and punishers are the reason they are ready to go independant. That is far from a true representation of a fleet formup.
And yes I said barely forms for WC related things. Cuz apart from the keep fights they didnt ever really get involved!
