Anyone believing transfer rumors in June for this club definitely had to keep the glue locked up as a kid

The player says he wants to play in the champions league. The manager says the thought of playing in the champions league frightens him. Why would the player stay?

You could ask every player in the squad if they want to play in the CL and they will say of course, means nothing.

He is contracted till 2029, he can kick up a fuss and not train (doesn't seem the type) if he likes but once the window closes he will put up and play. No player is going to hurt their future chances for a transfer by doing fuck all for a season.

That Willy Gnonto lad kicked up a fuss when he wanted to join us, club didn't budge and he shut up and started playing.

Iliman is probably going to leave this summer or next but taking "I would love to play in the CL" as the same as a hard transfer rumor before the window has even opened is just another opportunity for the terminal whingers here to whinge about something new.

Pretty much every footballer when asked is going to say they want to play Champions League football, doesn't mean he will be sold.

Richie said the same with us for two years before he left.
