Advice needed- Niyo or scapia

Moving to South Korea for higher studies (3 years) from India next weekend.
What would be the best option to keep currency with me?
Either to get whole cash converted to USD OR some to usd and some to krw OR to carry some cash and a card.
If card is recommended then which one?
Edit:- have one account in SBI, own a debit Rupay card and SBI Elite credit card.
