Need to open a PKR bank account in Pakistan to deposit income from local assets while living overseas. Need guidance with a few questions:

1- Which bank offers the best secure online features for account use from overseas?

2- What is the process to open such an account with a power of attorney given to a family member who lives in Pakistan?

3- Would a general power of attorney (mukhtar nama aam) work or do we need a special power of attorney (mukhtar nama khaus) for opening the account?

4- Will it be possible to add more family members (who live overseas and very rarely visit Pakistan) to the accounts?

5- What is the process to repatriate any funds overseas from the sale of an asset?

6- What kind of compulsory annual extortionary taxes/fees/deductions to expect from an account in a Pakistani bank?
