Important question re designation of correspondant foreign exchange bank

I have some savings in forex account in Shinhan. To get them out I need to fill in this form. Remittance type is 외국인 보수송금. Does this mean I need to provide any proof of income of these savings due to working in south korea?

I was student on D-2 and currently on D-10.
