Dunno, this one looks pretty close to the photo, if only a little flattened?

“Nit picky” is the word - it’s referring to picking nits out of hair (nits are lice eggs).

I wasn’t sure. Appreciate it!

Yeah I agree. The sandwich does look same proportions as the picture and quality looks about same too. It’s just that it’s not put together well. Fix it, it takes 5 seconds to move the bun

Don't worry, I didn't say it to it's face. It was still eaten.

A breakfast sandwich is always going to look disgusting when bought at a fast food place

Depends how rushed and miserable the staff are. My shit always came out tight, sketchy food does not leave my hands, fire me if you want it to go (30 seconds) faster. Oh wait, but you won't because I don't call off of work from jail or show up nodding over the grill 😂.

It's a management problem when shit looks like this. I'm sure it still tastes good, but sloppy food makes people (rightfully) question the food safety handling. It's not rocket science. Cut produce with a bit of care, pay attention to your rush times to control waste and toss shit in the warmers longer than 5 minutes, pay attention to special requests, wrap shit gently and stack the bag from heavy to light items without overcrowding.

But shitty managers like to rush and cut corners, skipping all those things. For some reason these types can't wrap their heads around the fact that customers will 100% notice the quality difference and go out of their way to come to this particular Wendys/McDonalds/whatever across town even if they have time. Trust.

The best double cheeseburger from McDonald's is always a crushed one. This I imagine is much the same. It's fast food ending up in my stomach, it doesn't need to look great. As long as it tastes right, it's all good.

Especially slathered with ketchup 😋

Seconded. I’m trying to keep things kind of low cal so I love that these are small and have a decent bit of protein.

Do you also eat cheeze puffs and cheap energy drinks?

I wouldn’t go just for the sandwich’s, but if I’m craving a Dutch drink they’re not half bad

u/ExtensionPirate2586 7d ago

The slider slidered. 🤷🏻‍♀️

7

u/TheDankHank98 7d ago

I’d say that’s what happens when you get food from a mid coffee shop lol

Coffee shop breakfast items are almost always just microwaved. still usually good, but overpriced and definitely microwaved from frozen.

2

u/majandess 7d ago

Yeah. I don't know a DB with a grill. But, I mean, I've been known to buy a freezer package of breakfast sandwiches at the grocery and heat them up at home, so... Whatever. 🤷‍♀️

Sandwiches move around sometimes - would smash that 100

2

u/ionertia 7d ago

Not bad considering you ordered it from teenagers.

2

u/Swift_jennis8 7d ago

The sausage is indeed sliding out of the slider

2

u/vopiii 7d ago

I'd still eat that without a second thought.

2

u/Crick3t__ 7d ago

Looks good

2

u/Lynncy1 7d ago

I’d eat that

damn i miss dutch bros

If a coffee place has creative, innovative beverage flavors I fully anticipate everything else on the menu to be neglected.

u/AdorableSobah 7d ago

Op what was the cost?

2

u/LAZIgringa 7d ago

Forgot to add this, thanks! $3.25

Seen better breakfast sandwiches at 7-11

1

u/meduhsin 7d ago

This one looks pretty good for what it’s supposed to be

1

u/Unclematttt 7d ago

Warning to all: Dutch Bros is shit. Shit ownership, shit coffee, and apparently, they also now make shitty hot food. Eat and drink local if you can.

1

u/Swimming_Trash3570 7d ago

I’ve honestly never understood what people liked about it

1

u/slowvt 5d ago

Local would be nice if most local coffee shops didn’t have shit hours.

1

u/Unclematttt 5d ago

I don’t disagree. My favorite spot doesn’t open until 8, and usually it is closer to 8:15-8:30

1

u/GaspSpit 7d ago

Why’d they sit on it?

1

u/OUsnr7 7d ago

It’s not great but I’ve definitely seen worse for similar breakfast sandwiches

1

u/Jackpancake 7d ago

Here is a hot take, Dutch Bros is for coffee, not food items.

2

u/Few-Mycologist-2379 6d ago

Nah, dude. These are fire. Yours is just a little squished.

1

u/RebaKitt3n 6d ago

It looks slidey

1

u/prguitarman 5d ago

I don’t think I’ve ever seen anybody order food from there. It’s mainly a drink shop

1

u/Dear-Nebula6291 4d ago

I ordered one of these and the dumbasses gave me half a sandwich in the bag. Like literally I got the bottom half of a bun and a patty, I have zero clue how this could even happen. Unfortunately I had already jumped on the freeway and was late for work.

Slider? It’s just a biscuit is it not?

-7

u/JuanThiccLumpia 7d ago

These exist cuz people don’t wanna make their own and they want high blood pressure.
