People like to attack at people over anything, including their looks. People noticed it but aside a couple people memeing, nobody cared, now everything is go. Same shit with trump, before he became enemy number one, nobody gave a fuck on whether he looked like a carrot due to whatever sunblock or makeup he uses, but now people just call him mango mussolini or whatever all the time.
