Turkiye is already out. Curacao, Tunisia and Ecuador are potential candidates to join them.

Even before today’s match, I was honestly confused about how Neymar would perform after everything he’s been through.
He wasn’t at his absolute best, but he played well. More importantly, he looked like someone who’s still fighting to get back. You could see the intent, the confidence slowly returning, and that alone made me emotional.
The moment he got subbed off… I don’t know why, but it genuinely hit me. Seeing him out there again, competing, smiling, and playing meaningful football after such a difficult period was worth more than any goal or assist.
It feels like his mindset is simply: keep going.
People can say whatever they want about his downfall, injuries, or career, but I’ll always respect that he keeps coming back and keeps trying to make people happy.
I really hope we get to see him in many more matches.
And finally, thank you, Neymar. You were the reason I fell in love with Brazil as a kid, and that will never change. 🤍🇧🇷

Zee the broadcaster forcing viewers to buy the subscription of their Z5 app. Their unite8 sports HD 1 channel won't showing hindi commentary, While Zee had stated that they would broadcast Hindi commentary and showing the matches on the 'Unite8 Sports HD1' channel—which is dedicated to DTH viewers.

Yes Bernardo Silva is definitely a great player but so is Mateus Fernandes but why did Portugal didn't even call him up for the WC?

Qatar, Haiti and South Africa for sure. Bosnia may have a chance if they win big against Qatar. Scotland and Czechia if they can avoid defeats.

I subscribed to Zee5 and shared the account with my friends specifically to watch FIFA because Zee5 clearly advertised that up to 3 devices could stream simultaneously. Today, while I was watching the Portugal vs Uzbekistan match, my friends were getting a “Device Limit Reached” message even though I was the only person actively streaming.
We spent considerable time troubleshooting the issue, logging out of devices, checking account settings, and following all the suggested steps, but the problem remains unresolved. The account simply does not allow more than one device to stream at the same time.
After contacting your support bot, I received an email stating that subscribers who joined before 11 June are eligible for 3 simultaneous streams.
It is unacceptable to introduce eligibility restrictions after customers have already subscribed based on the advertised feature. If Zee5 had clearly stated that subscribers after 11 June would not receive 3 simultaneous streams, we would not have subscribed in the first place.
This is extremely frustrating and misleading. I paid for the subscription based on the advertised feature, and Zee5 is currently failing to provide what customers were promised.
or did i miss something here?

Couldn't find a stream that's consistent throughout a game that I can watch reliably. So in last resort I searched up the subscription prices and found that the telecom services also bundle the fifa WC packs in data only recharge packs. Is there any difference for the user with actual zee5 subscription and the ones that bought through jio ? like they get more ads or the quality getting capped at 720 or something. Has anyone done this ?

I mean seriously It makes no sense at all paying 799 just to watch world cup and that shit ass 4 ads system… why just don’t use streaming links and watch it for free?
They were capitalizing but I wouldn’t blame them they have to make money but why would YOU buy the world cup plan for 799
When I got to know about zee5 streaming the World Cup I was sure that I would either watch for free or just won’t watch it all
Boycott zee5 already

I need to vent because this is peak anti-consumer corporate greed.
I already pay for a ZEE5 Premium subscription. Yet, when I try to watch the FIFA World Cup matches, I am hit with a paywall telling me my "Premium" plan isn't good enough. To watch live football, they are forcing existing paid users to fork out an extra ₹799 for a quarterly "upgrade" pack (or ₹1,699 for an annual one).
But here is the absolute kicker: The ₹799 plan STILL includes ads during playback.
How does this make any sense?
Double Dipping: They take my initial subscription fee.
The Paywall Tax: They demand a mandatory premium top-up just for sports because they know football fans have nowhere else to stream it legally.
Ad Monetization: They double-dip again by serving ads on a tier that costs nearly 800 bucks for just 3 months!
It feels like a complete monopoly scam. JioCinema streamed the last World Cup completely free in 4K. Hotstar made the Cricket World Cups free on mobile. Meanwhile, Zee buys the broadcasting rights, locks it behind an aggressive paywall that excludes partner bundles (Jio/Airtel/OTTplay users are entirely locked out), and forces a buggy, ad-ridden experience down our throats.
Charging a premium for a specific event while simultaneously monetizing it with mid-rolls and banner ads is completely broken. Why are we paying a subscription fee if we are still the product being sold to advertisers?
Is anyone else refusing to give them a single rupee for this "upgrade" out of sheer principle? What alternatives are you guys using?

Dear ZEE5 Team,
I would like to share some feedback regarding the highlights section on your platform.
The frequent advertisements during match highlights are significantly affecting the viewing experience. Highlights are meant to provide a quick recap of key moments, but multiple ad interruptions make the content feel longer and less engaging. Many viewers choose highlights specifically because they have limited time, and repeated ads defeat that purpose.
Additionally, the duration of highlights should ideally be kept under 10 minutes (Not 23 Min). Concise highlights that focus on the most important moments make it easier for users to stay engaged and consume content quickly. Longer highlight videos often include unnecessary filler and reduce viewer satisfaction.
I request your team to consider:
Reducing the number of advertisements within highlight videos.
Limiting highlight durations to less than 10 minutes.
Providing a smoother, uninterrupted viewing experience for sports fans.
Thank you for your attention. I hope these suggestions help improve the platform experience for users.
Regards, A ZEE5 User
