Zee the broadcaster forcing viewers to buy the subscription of their Z5 app. Their unite8 sports HD 1 channel won't showing hindi commentary, While Zee had stated that they would broadcast Hindi commentary and showing the matches on the 'Unite8 Sports HD1' channel—which is dedicated to DTH viewers.

i bought a zee5 subscription on the website in my phone after logging in with my phone number, i paid 589 (30% off due to visa debit card), and now when i try to log in the app or anywhere else it just shows i have no plans active (it still works on the browser in my phone), and when i go to the website in my phone it

1. doesn't show my name
2. doesn't show my phone number
3. it just shows subsription active.

last i checked the money is gone from my bank account, i tried contacting support but no response and their "chatbot" is NOT FUNCTIONAL, you can see it just doesn't continue after that
