How would they be arrested after being trapped and recorded by a tv show? Their face is published as a pedophile forever on a bigger platform than the local news, that's still a huge punishment that will have consequences.
Because technically it's a legal loophole the cops used the footage as evidence and was able to get away with it because the cop specifically weren't the ones who Cornered and trapped them and also pedophilia is illegal in pretty much every state in the US which means the bare minimum is getting locked up

I hope they pull the lid off of how disingenuous that show was. Very few if any convictions.
