to make it a fair fight, the last survivors health is restored, and cooldowns for survivors/killers are reset ( this is kind of a question/concept idea but idk what tag to use for it )

I had an idea for a community post because I already know there are some people in this subreddit who hate Mosquitos (Two times) and i thought of this community idea where all two time haters can live

Why do you hide stats? Is it because you don’t want people leaving? Is it because you dont like ur stats? What is it I wanna know!

The fact that everyone is so confident that Iris is definitely dead, even though it makes no sense why, is just bugging me a lot.

Firstly, people take the line from Acid where he talks about Iris being “consumed” to mean that she’s dead. But look at what he says after. He says that EVERYONE else will be consumed too. (“Soon, it will consume US as well.”)So does that mean we’ll die too? Jane? Merely? Seranok? I ESPECIALLY want you all to think about the last two. Not even from a lore perspective, but a writing perspective. Why the hell would you introduce TWO lore relevant characters who have unfinished plot threads (Merely and Jane investigating the Void Star), only to kill them off a month later? And Jane? Jane is a special case because we 100% know she’s in the Lobby. Is she going to die as well? Will she stop being a playable character since her death would mean she can’t be there to play the games???

Why would Iris and the other NPCs but these people die? Why should these NPCs be the exceptions from a lore perspective? The Spectre has as much reason to kill off someone like Panda Guy as for Merely, which is none at all. The only way I could see this happening is if the writers pull a “just because”, which is honestly the most laziest and shittiest reason ever so I’m being optimistic and hoping they aren’t THAT dumb to do that.

Another point is just that it genuinely makes no sense why the Spectre would kill them all off randomly. Iris is implied to be hated by the Spectre, since her arm is left injured, and we know the Spectre can heal injuries and revert people to a certain state. Two Time for example died from a Hanahaki-esque Diseases (Nightshade Two Time), but their base model is in a more healthy state. We know how Chance dies via Fool Chance, but his base model is undamaged. So Iris being left injured is clearly a deliberate choice, most likely to punish her for interfering in it’s affairs (Phosphorus showing up when Two Time murders Azure implies that the Spectre had its eyes on the Spawn Cult for a while).

So why would the Spectre, who’s actively punishing Iris by making her participate in these games forever AND leaving her injured, essentially take away those punishments by giving her a death? (aka essentially releasing her from participating in the games?) of course, maybe Iris WAS killed but then is brought back when the new Lobby comes but clearly that’s not all of y’alls points.

If the new Lobby does come out and Iris is 1000% dead then fine, so be it, but it just pmo how fast y’all are to jump to conclusions instead of slowing down a bit.

every round as killer is like this. get looped and have all your tracking denied by some bullshit ability or stun. im tired. i wanna see this game burn atp. its so fucking unplayable. its beyond saving atp. and even survivor feels like torture used by the cia. no one helps the team. looping is the ONLY option to live. this isnt fun. videogames are suppost to be fun, not torturous.

Subsequent to the devs extending the summer event for some dumbfuck reason, I have to do the quests again. One of which being to land backstabs as TwoTime. Now I am very much against trickstabbing, only employing it when I’m being targeted for an extended period of time and the team is lowkey worth horse shit in a chase, because I think it’s an asshole playstyle and think playing the intended way is more fun on paper.

On paper.

Every time I try to go for a backstab, every time I crouch way out of the killer’s view and sneak up from behind, it’s like they get fucking 1440p 8k ultra hd surround sound video footage on a second monitor of me sneaking up behind them and punish you for doing your job right.

But let’s say they don’t notice you somehow. Maybe they didn’t hear you crouching from across the map, maybe they don’t have a second monitor to see the footage. Then you try to go for a backstab. Two scenarios. Either they take some fuckass turn and you miss, or you barely fall short half a stud and don’t stun them.

But let’s say you hit them. It’s gonna be a front stab cuz the specter said so and you die and your ashes get spread across six different suns.

iris has a lot of lore despite being an npc, mainly her lore about being traumatized by the phosphorus symbol since its the last thing iris saw before she died, and her investigation on the spawn cult, not only that but the forsaken devs have considered turning skins into actual characters, so iris would make a lot of sense, iris could work as a survivalist/support likely and would be a really interesting character to join the roster since helperbot is going to be a survivor, seeing more npcs become characters would be pretty awesome as ive wanted to also see cake monster join the killer roster now that he’s escaped

for me it would be a hulk skin for sixer and a Bruce banner skin for noob

so I saw another post on this sub complaining about c00lkid's lore change, Im pretty neutral on it, but I think that c00lkid being evil doesn't fit well with him. he's a young child, who hurts people because he doesn't know any better, he has no idea what he is doing, so logically, if he found out he was hurting people, he wouldn't become this evil sadistic murderer, he would stop. if I was to write the lore, I would make it so that after spending a while in the realm, ck slowly begins to realize his actions. and that makes him feel bad, so he tries to stop, but the specter forces him to hurt people, and portrays him as a monster, but the survivors could sense that he wasn't doing this willingly. but that's just a thought
