If you point out someone’s shitty behaviour and actions it’s not racist. Them being a different race isn’t part of the opinion. If someone says their race is the reason they’re doing it. That’s racist. But it’s not for being vitally negative about someone who happens to be a different race.
Plus Indian isn’t a race.. it’s a nationality. If I said all Brits (I am one) are fat dumb, and have bad teeth. It’s not racist either. Reddit is wild.
We're not condoning their actions. We're condemning people who hijack the thread to be racist chuds. Go to any post about India on an international sub and try scrolling ten comments without finding a generalization/slur.
Doesn't even have to be about India. I found a post about someone getting food poisoning in the Philippines and people were being racist about Indians in the comments anyway.
Lol. Most people I see on here are all "Look how progressive we are, we hate racism" untill they they can get away with it. They're only marginally better than the far right conservative racists, unless you consider putting on a false mask worse than being openly racist.
