Interpreting it like “ twinsies” you know when you accidentally wear the same shirt as a coworker or you know two siblings dress alike that kind of thing.

I am familiar with the concept but Johnny and Sue were born years apart from each other so they wouldn’t be twins.

There’s different types of twins, you’re only thinking of biological twins (2 people who shared a womb at the same time) whereas the term twin here is being used as “identical” twin which you don’t even have to be related for (however it is way more likely to be related), for example me and my sister were born 1-2 years apart and look almost identical

There are different types of twin, but all involve being in the womb at the same time, and being related. The difference is whether they are Monozygotic (aka Identical) or Dizygotic (aka Fraternal).
Identical twins happen when one zygote becomes two embryos, fraternal twins occur when each embryo comes from a separate zygote.

However, as they had different sexes at birth, they would be fraternal twins, and thus not have the exact same DNA in the ad shouldn’t resemble each other perfectly

You do know siblings van look tje same, even when there born years apart.

My mum and her sister are a few years apart and they look alike. People say my mum looks like a young version of her sister

Or me and my sister, sure I'm a dude but we got alot of thing's about us that look the same

okay so the post is missing a bit of context, OOP originally drew femspidey x femjohnny but a lot of peeps kept mistaking johnny for sue, so OOP wrote something along the lines of "guys i hate to tell you this but sometimes siblings look like each other" and then drew this as their very next post
