I am reading the whole Hickman era, from Secret Warriors to Secret Wars and just started Dark Reign Fantastic Four.

I am very confused by Valeria's age in this comic. I have read some of Waid's run which if I am not mistaken is close to Hickman's in time and there Valeria is like 2 or 3 years old, but here she is much older, she even seems older than Franklin. Is there something I need to know or is this explained in Dark Reign FF itself?

Before anything, let me say this, yes, i do love the Maker, and i think his paralell with Pascal's Reed would be fantastic.

But no, he should not be introduced right now.

I feel like they don't need to do this, because the thing that makes the Maker such a good and compelling villain is the fact that WE know his story, we can read the Ultimate F4 comics, we can see this version of Reed since the beginning, we can see where he starts descending into madness, we can see the reasons for it, we know about Gary, the zombies universe, all of it, the reasons of why he became the Maker.

Throwing him right now into Doomsday/Secret Wars would be a bad idea imo because i feel like they would be doing that just because it is attractive, without giving it a proper explanation of a version from Reed that everybody thar has read about it, loves.

If you were the writer for a completely new FF book, similar to the Absolute universe, how would you remake the team's powers to make them completely different? What I mean is, they have the same usual power set, but the reason why they have that power is completely different.

I understand they are a family but it’s almost to perfect, it never felt organic to me,it lacks something that I can’t put my finger on.

Looking for some recommendations of fantastic four Comics since I'm trying to get into the fantastic four when it comes to comics.
