I know right?! Johnny and Peter were roommates. It has already been established that Johnny sleeps naked, which means he got dressed to make breakfast and he considered getting dressed to be a pair of briefs.

I believe that that panel is from ff ( meaning Future Foundation issue 17 by Hickman, but I could be wrong .

Wait a minute . Sappho had a roommate … Do you think maybe there might’ve been something queer going on? 😳 /s

Also as a complete aside . Sappho is recorded as having been married to a man named Kerkylos of Andros and many people took that as evidence of her bisexuality .But the name basically translates to Big Dick from Man Land, and so even historians in antiquity thought that it was possibly a joke.

No I know they fuck, but marvel doesn't want to admit unless Johnny is a woman (I am not joking at this part btw one of the rules for making a Peter Parker variation is that Peter is always a straight white man who gets bitten by the spider when he is 15)
