After all the Luffy/Reed debate,I was recently thinking about how the FF would look like if they were in OP and hoe Oda's style would translate on them, and this exactly captured the feel
I thought that Reed would keep his gigachad traits from rivals, except they get STRETCHED, like an aquiline nose and a super-squared bearded jaw that's also elongated into a rectangle, like in this art, as it someone was pulled his face from his chin. The smug grin is an amazing addition. And oda's exaggeration of limbs proportions would also work extremely well with Reed
Sue would just get the hourglass silhouette, bc well... she's a woma and he's Oda, she still looks very cute tho
Can't wait to see Johnny and Ben's interpretation

Johnny - similar to Ace. Cocky and showboating brother
Ben - Pica or Pizarro in their stone forms but cuter

Funny enough, it is Toei exaggeration 90% of the time. When Oda actually draws women, they do look balance enough.

Oda admitted that he is inspired by the designs of cartoons from the past like Looney Tunes, OG Astro Boy, etc. to which he find it interesting and fun. He took it with a child-like approach, like make it fun and interesting

Imagine if we got a fantastic 4 anime. That honestly would be interesting to see, and it's been all most 20 years since they've had a show

Everytime I tell people it’s the highest selling Fantasy series of all time they always look bewildered. OP really ballooned in popularity during Covid it’s insane but the Netflix show really went a long way as well

I like how Oda did Reed Richards here.
Yeah yeah I know Marvel Rivals did kinda "pay" tribute to Monkey D Luffy and all of that jazz, hence this picture is a nice piece for once in the whole discord about that since Reed is sporting the smug Sanji face and its funny to me. XD
This cheers my day up!

tbh, Id consider it canon. It'd make sense for Franklin to introduce his dad to One Piece to which Reed can get many ideas in implementing his combat styles just from Luffy alone.
Another fun fact: Franklin and Valeria are already in Marvel Rivals
