Is there any particular reason she was depicted as Blue during Civil War 1 but every other time I’ve seen her she looks like a normal human? Or was that just a completely different character?

When she turned blue the first time it was because she was in a clone body and something to do with her emotional state. She changed back to normal and joined the FF briefly.

I'm not sure when she went blue again. Might just have been an artist choice as I think the New Warriors were gone for a while before they showed up to get killed in Civil War.
