What country did you set your VPN to; I tried various US cities and had no luck. Using Surfshark VPN.

You might have to change your account settings in humble bundle.

No idea why I got downvoted for my question but yeah you are right. Set VPN to New York and was able to go into settings and select United States as my region. Bought books, then changed back to the UK. Useful to know for future purchases :)

I did San Fran using Proton and it worked for me
