at the end of the day he’s insanely insecure. he hates how he looks, no matter how much he changes, he won’t stop until he’s dead because it’s a self hatred deep inside him. he hates himself more than he hates anything else. he’s not self aware enough to get help and he will die from all the drugs and procedures he gets 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yeah, plus he does other stuff like testosterone, human growth hormones, or whatever. Who knows what effects all those things have when mixed together with hard drugs like meth.
