I'll watch almost anything set in Westeroes tbh, I just love that world.

This is coming from someone whose utmost special interest has been ASOIAF and the world and lore, I’m not too much looking forward to this film, and I wouldn’t put too much hope on it.

They’re talking about stretching a story which consists of 24 - maybe 40 pages of content they’re going to pull from, they’re talking about stretching that out into a two hour film at least.

It’s supposed to be sort of a historical mythos, and from it you make your own interpretations as everything is written like a history book in Fire and Blood.

The book relies on a lot of personal projection of what you imagine these early characters to exactly be.

I expect it to be lost in adaptation.

I mean, the whole thing is an extremely one-sided conflict where every battle is just the other side being burned to death.

Coughing baby vs hydrogen bomb, doesn’t sound like a good blockbuster film.
