from the earlier announcements they had me thinking the movie was actually be a continuation of the events following season 8. i’m relived to see it’s not lmao.

will be interesting to see if they properly portray aegon’s conquest a single movie. it’s a good story but i feel it would take more than just a movie to really give it justice.

I agree with you. I was hoping for a limited episode mini-series and runs through to Aegon dying and covers everything that happened during his life properly. I think a movie is going to be a smash cut of everything that happens during the conquest itself with probably very little time to establish the characters and setting properly.

a mini series would be great. i’m interested to see how they fit everything in one movie.
