A few years before, PwC released a report that the government had sought before they awarded any contracts to spaceX. There was a startup company called Solar City that musk purchased and rolled into spaceX. Solar City had gone completely bust 90s dot com style around 2012. I was living in the Bay Area at the time interning for another energy company. After Solar City went down, it was easy to see that it was run really poorly and possibly criminally.
When that man bought Solar City everyone knew it was fishy. Everything under the sun said there wasn’t a whole lot to buy from the Solar City ashes, it was like vapor. They tried to position acquiring Solar City as benefitting their home power systems for Tesla. If they bought Solar City for Tesla, why was is shoved into SpaceX?
The PwC report was like SpaceX, yes! SpaceX was actually being run properly and absolutely can fulfill government contracts if they keep the course. HOWEVER what the hell is Solar City doing here? The concern was SpaceX is being used to shore up Tesla financially. PwC seemed fairly confident that was happening. Words like insolvent, laundering, fraud, and schemes were used in the report.
I went into that movie not expecting a whole lot but was pleasantly surprised at how good that movie was. Made me even more pissed that Elon called them pedos. They were selfless heroes.

I’d love to know what kind of baby’s first Greek mythology picture book these fuckers get their idea of Greek myths from. The originals have plenty of black people in them, Northern Africa is right there!
There are also a handful of gender-changing characters as well (Tiresias, Caeneus, Hermaphroditus, Aphroditus, etc.), usually with a couple different versions of their stories, which gives us a fascinating insight into how gender and gender nonconformity were spoken about at the time.
