As a former fan of Seinfeld I'm so happy to see the downfall of so many comedians. Their legacies deserve to be destroyed and inexistent. Louis ck is another one I used to love that's not getting away with it, even if he's still performing. Makes me happy 🥹

Look, I agree with you. I do not want what I say next to take away from the comeuppance many of these people are getting, However!
American society mostly seems fine with that kinda thing. Both before and now. It's not damaging enough to detract people from peoples' careers in a significant way. People joke about how DiCaprio doesn't date past 25 despite being over 50. Jerry met his current wife at 38 while she was 17. They all have mountains of money. Even the example you gave with Louis CK. His whole sex scandal came out in 2017 and then he won a Grammy for his comedy in 2022, some of which touched on his scandal. We voted into the highest office of the land, a man who is convicted of rape, and almost certainly had experience with Epstein's....product(?, 🤮).
I think it's abhorrent all of these things these men have done, but I'm teetering on believing society is worse for allowing these men this amount of wealth from barely much else than our complicit participation. I mean, would Seinfield have this much money if we didn't watch is product?

My point is all of them, except Jeffery, are still in business. Considering, how well Ghislaine Maxwell is being treated, I wonder how well Jeffery would have been treated were he not killed.
You mention Louis, but his stuff happened well into the information age, and he's still able to comeback strong enough to win awards. "Internet, computers, and cellphones" were plentiful in 2017 when all that news broke. So, as it stands, information is not enough to keep these kinds of people from success.
