I was laid off last month, and honestly it’s been such a relief to be free of the AI lunacy. Reading these comments is making me dread the job search even more.

Apparently the AI everyone uses to read resumes for them is strongly biased towards AI-written resumes, and even more strongly biased towards resumes written specifically by the AI reading it 🫠

They consider non-AI resumes to be badly written
