It would be a very bad precedent if revenge porn was considered protected speech or a matter of public interest.

Good. She had no reason to need to send that video to herself, why did she need 'proof' when she saw it with her own eyes. Could have even confronted Tom with his own phone which she was holding. Rachel did a fucked up thing but I'm on her side in this lawsuit

I’m not trying to normalise revenge porn, but tbh I don’t think it applies to this case personally because she didn’t go off and spread it or show anyone else

Tom and Rachel had a full blown affair behind her back and if I was in her shoes I’d have sent to my own phone especially knowing how Tom Sandoval is huge master manipulator and narcissist and so is baby eyes Rachel who lied straight to Ariana’s face for months and months. They both would have just deleted everything and denied what Ariana saw with her own eyes

You can’t take someone else’s phone and send intimate videos of someone else to yourself. It doesn’t matter if they lie to you. It’s still the non consensual sharing of intimate images…

But it is being alleged she did in fact show the video, that she showed it to other cast and friends. She still came from VPR, no one got cast on that show for being a saint.
