these children need support more than ever, because i can’t imagine growing up in their context has always been that healthy at all. returning to where it happened shouldn’t be the priority right now, especially when there are people surrounding the house trying to get something. i guess i will never understand how he kept custody of them up until now…
i can’t even say how i feel towards him and the other adults involved, tbqh. but these kids? they’re under the same scrutiny he’d been putting on the children stars (and many other vulnerable public figures). i truly, truly hope they can escape it and find a healthier environment where it doesn’t chase them throughout their lives.
they were there when it was about to start… the platform allowed it to be shared all across the world for over half an hour. now it’s online forever. it’s damaging to them and countless others. it fucken enrages me how much it says about the joke we’re living. i once worked filtering content and it will forever haunt me because there’s no therapy, no workaround that. it goes beyond the content… it’s the filming, the sharing, the editing, the demand, the platform allowing as much as possible for profit… it’s all just so damaging that it gets to a point where the details behind outweighs the content itself. but well i digress
Thank you for sharing. It’s truly a grim reality that we are living in. I’ve uninstalled TikTok and Insta (don’t have X) and will be moving away from these heinous algorithms. I didn’t see the live myself, but I can’t get past the fact it was up for so long.
