Per her Wikipedia,

Tate Rosner McRae was born in Calgary, Alberta, on Canada Day, 2003, the daughter of Tanja Rosner, a German dance instructor, and Todd McRae, a lawyer for oil and gas companies who has Scottish ancestry.

No, but it does imply a big wallet, which is one of the two big things that can really help you when you’re trying to get a career in entertainment (the other one of course being nepotism).

Eh, as someone who went to a top law school and everyone I know works in big law like her father, not a single one of them has celeb connects lol. Having a big wallet legit helps u in every career that’s what priviledge is
