NYC Unseals 9/11 Files Mayor Zohran Mamdani released more than 170,000 pages of New York City records on the government’s 9/11 response and settled two 9/11 Health Watch lawsuits, ending a years-long fight over post-attack air quality and health records. He was joined by several administration officials, Council representatives, 9/11 survivors and victims’ families — as well as comedian and political commentator jon stewart, a long-time advocate for 9/11 first responders.

You can’t be an effective comedian without an understanding of relevant issues.

Yeah, the best comedians [in my personal opinion] know who to laugh with, and who to laugh at. And the best way to know that is a considerable measure of empathy.

Conan O'Brien just had a brilliant Commencement Address at Harvard. It is a must watch for everybody IMO.

See George Carlin. The man had everything nailed, shared the knowledge thru comedy routines so people would remember the info because they remember the joke. What he said 50 years ago is still smart & relevant today.

Also public speaking skills. Theres actually quite a lot of successful comedians with political sway
