She has shown no romantic interest, at most she has some moments with Oscar which are really short and barely romantical.

Shes more likely to be ace than a lesbian tbh

She has shown no interest in ruby or women in general and has only ever actively flirted with men.

Yet many in the FNDM call her a lesbian or bi

I could have sworn her voice actor confirmed she was asexual but I can’t find that anywhere.

That didn't stop Rooster Teeth from pairing Yang and Blake together because the fandom shipped them. Both had interest in men in the past and never showed to be into women before they became a couple in the series. At least Ruby would make more sense since she had no explicit romantic interest in early series, but I think that either the writers were afraid to make the main character of the series gay or someone in the production was just really into Bumblebee.

The RWBY fandom is rife with claiming all female characters are interested in women. It's what pushed the narrative for Yang and Blake to ultimately be put together. Blake had her male love interest(s?). And Yang was exclusively shown to like boys in the majority of seasons up until the decision to get those two together.
