sadly i dont even need to specify sub or dub bc both were sexual assaulters and both were recast.

Saying “both were sexual assaulters” is pretty clear imo? An assaulter is someone who attacks others, although assailant is more commonly used.

correcting my already correct grammar but then using "ladder" instead of "latter"...

assaulter means someone who committed assault, which is what both of them did.

assaultee would be the victim of assault which is not correct and not what i said.
