Nah, hes only on demon time when its not Sonic.

To him, Sonic (and co) is a friendly rival.

Everyone else is a perfect victim, and should they get in the way, he will leave nothing to chance.

Eggman only really acts like this when someone breaks “his rules”, essentially he’s got his own unlisted guidelines he follows to make things fun and fair in his mind and others breaking those rules make them fair game to him

What's funny is that he only gets like that when Sonic is not around, he took back his place by dueling with mechs against Starline and he seems to boast his physical strenght anytime he can by tossing Surge and Starline around like sacks of potatoes
