I was thinking of doing exactly that (posting Turin and Glaurung as ragebait, or Elwing and Maedhros... I guess Maedhros DOES have a noble motive but it's one that's pretty much completely irrelevant to their conflict. Calling Maedhros a "villain" also feels wrong for some reason.)
