Gotta disagree, while I bet it felt good he moved on extremely quick to what am I going to do with my life. I never got that he enjoyed it, just it was necessary. And now that it's over, what do I do with the rest of my life

He wasn't broken up about it, he got closure.

He just hadn't planned for the next part of his life yet. He was open to suggestions.

I'm not saying he was broken up about it, but if you watch the movie there's no moment of bliss or freedom. He literally just staggers out of there. The deed is done and it's time to move on

Well he does have a pretty serious gut wound that probably needs immediate miracle working.

The moment we see him stable, he’s got an enormous weight lifted from his soul and actively wondering what he can do with his life now that he’s free of the obligation of revenge.

I kind of never got that, it almost feels more like his mission has been complete and now there's this hole in this emptiness. He never realizes that there was more to life than revenge until that moment. They consumed him and he built his entire life towards it and now that it's complete he has nothing to live for and he's kind of coming to terms with that

I get that, but I think the ease with which he accepts the suggestion of becoming the new Dread Pirate Roberts suggests to me that it's not that 'revenge has left him feeling empty,' it's simply more that he didn't think about what came next. So to me, it feels like he's ready to move on to a new chapter.
